Are machines cleaned on site?

No, machines are taken offsite for cleaning

Can I get a machine to use while you are cleaning my machine?

Yes, loaners are available for machines that do not require repair. In other words you get a loaner when you request cleaning.

Do you rent hot/cold water dispensers?

Yes, $2,000/day. Water bottle not included.

What is the difference between maintenance, servicing, cleaning, repair?

For us, Maintenance and Servicing are normally used interchangeably to mean fixing faults with a machine as well as cleaning it after. With Maintenance implying the work is done under contract while servicing is adhoc.

Repair involves inspecting and restoring the unit. Popular repair issues: water not cooling, water not getting hot, fixtures broken, fixtures leaking, machine is leaking.

Cleaning is done on machines that a working properly or have recently been restored. Details for what is involved in cleaning is mentioned above.

What is inspection?

This refers to the process of opening a machine to identify what is wrong with it. This is mostly electrical diagnostics of core components. This activity is always done with an order to repair. Why? if you open the machine you might as well fix it.

How long does it take to clean / fix a machine?

Clean  only: 2-3 business days. Repair 5 business days. Please note, sometimes parts need to be imported or a compressor needs to be regassed, this will take longer.

Do you replace compressors?

Generally no, the cost of the compressor plus labor does not make financial sense. If you have some emotional connection to the unit, maybe.

Why is it so hard to find a technician to fix water dispensers?

The skills used to fix these machines are better invested in AC and refrigerator repair, technicians are generally unreliable.

Do you service/clean residential units?

No. Carry your machine to work and pretend its for the office then pay in cash.
